Customisation & Material & Resizing

Yes, of course! We offer customization for 14k 18k gold and platinum jewelries. If you have an idea for a design, you're welcome to send us a message through our contact form HERE or email us info@northernsparkly.com about it. We are happy to create the dream jewelry together with you! 

We offer free engraving up to 8 letters/numbers inside the ring band. If you would like to have special style of engraving and more letters, please contact us. 

Our default ring size range is from US 3 - US 9. 

If you would like to order size SMALLER than US 3, please leave a message at checkout with the exact ring size. 

If you would like to order size BIGGER than US 9, please upgrade your sizing by checkout with the listing below: 

Usually it is very hard to get an accurate ring size using a paper or a string at home. We always recommend to go to your local jewelry shop to try the ring size and get you finger measured. You will be able to get the ring size, inner diameter and inner circumference. If you are using a different ring size system than the US size, please use the conversion chart through this link:

If you don't have access to a local jewelry shop, you can also purchase a ring sizer on the internet. 

Shipping and Production

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. 

Standard shipping is sent through the Swedish post office Postnord. Your package will be delivered to you by your local post office. 

For orders over 140 USD, the standard shipping is with tracking and insurance worldwide. 

For orders under 140 USD, the standard shipping is sent as primary mail without tracking and insurance. You have the option to upgrade to the traceable and insured shipping at checkout. 

You have the option to upgrade to express shipping at checkout. The express shipping upgrade fee is 40 USD.

Delivery

Standard shipping:

Sweden: 1- 2 working days 

Europe: 3 - 8 working days 

US: 7 - 15 working days 

Other countries: 7 - 20 working days

 

Please note: The standard shipping may have delays due to COVID. It may take up to 2 weeks extra to receive your package under the pandemic.

 

Express shipping:

Europe: 2- 4 working days 

US: 3 - 6 working days 

Other countries: 4 - 7 working days 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged during transport
or if you have received the item with wrong size/color/material. Please
contact us in 48 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure
it is fixed accordingly.

Unclaimed packages

If a package has not been claimed within 14 days, it will be sent
back to us. Northern Sparkly reserves the right to receive the order in
return without refunding. We can of course ship the package back to you
for an additional shipping cost. You can contact us about it once we
receive the unclaimed package.

Production:

Our regular processing time is around 3-5 weeks. We always try the best to make your jewelry ready as soon as possible. 

If you order a customised design, once you place the order, we will finish the first draft 3D modeling picture based on your idea in 2-4 working days. Then we need to confirm the design with you before we enter production. Total processing time maybe longer in this case. 

Rush Order:

Rush order is possible with extra cost.

If you would like to get your jewelry in a specific time frame, please send us an email before placing the order. Rush order usually is doable with an extra cost of 80 USD. We usually can finish making rush order in 2- 2.5 weeks.  

Return, Exchange & Refund

Return and Exchange

All the items are MADE TO ORDER, customised for you in your choice of size and metal, unless there is a craftsmanship defect, we do not accept return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be must remain unused in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item shows any sign of use or not in its

original condition, we reserve the rights to decline the return. Also we don't accept return/exchange for a damaged item due to buyer mistreated the item to cause the damage. You’ll also need the receipt or
proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and
let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember
it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.

Jewelry Care & Repair

In order to ensure the long lasting of your beautiful jewelry, we recommend to remove the items before taking shower, washing hand, gardening, training, cooking, using chemicals, applying makeups and skincare and swimming. The chemicals included in those activities as well as the heavy pressure may cause damage to your stone and shorten your jewelry's lifetime.

If you are not sure whether to wear your jewelry or not during certain activity, we recommend to take it off.

OPAL:
Please keep in mind don't let your opal jewelry touch water, oil, heat or chemical liquids. It can cause permanent damage to the stone which may result it losing the colors/fire. We recommend to clean your opal jewelry gently with a dry and clean cotton cloth after each use, store it in dry and clean jewelry box when not using it. 

We are not responsible for damage of the jewelry that is caused by mistreat cause.

Resize

We recommend to find a local jewelry shop to resize your ring for your own convenience. But If you would like to resize your ring with us, you can send us a message. The resizing service will come with an extra cost and you as a customer are in charge of the shipping cost round ways. We only accept resizing packages with traceable and insured shipping
method. 

Warranty and Repair

We offer 90 days manufacture defect warranty. We do not cover damage due to artificial abuse or neglect(ex. bent prongs which result in stone lose). We don't cover loss, theft or damage of the main stone. We recommend to insure your fine jewelries.

With normal usage, if the side stone gets lost we will replace for you free of charge during the manufacture warranty period.

This doesn't apply to any of the eternity rings/band. The stones on your jewelry will shift when resizing and maybe damaged. Additional charge will occur when replacing side stones due to this cause.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and custom fees. Please send back with traceable shipping, we are not responsible for loss during the shipping process.

Payment and Finance

Payment Method :

Our currency on the website is in USD. You can change the price into your local currency by choose your location. 

 

We use the Shopify payment gataway, which includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal and Klarna. 

 

Payment Plan:

We accept payment plan for orders over 6000 SEK/500 EUR/550 USD/450 GBP. Please make sure you have enough fund to pay off later as agreed. 

 

Please follow the steps below to set up your payment plan:

1. Send us the link of the item you would like to purchase, make sure you also the type of gold, sizes and other details in the information. 

2. Agree the detail plan 

3. Pay your first down payment 

 

If it is a customised design, we will only start drafting the 3D modeling once we receive 40% of the total amount of payment. 

All production will only start after we receive 80% of the total amount of payment. 

 

Please note, if you cancel the order before shipment at any steps, we will charge a restocking fee of 60% of the total value of the item from your refund. 

Others

All of our jewelry comes with a jewelry box. If you would like to have gift wrapping, please add it as extra service at checkout.
